Description
BUDECORT 100 Inhaler: Inhaled Corticosteroid for Asthma Management
Description:
BUDECORT 100 Inhaler contains Budesonide 100 mcg per actuation, a corticosteroid used to manage and prevent asthma symptoms such as wheezing, breathlessness, and chest tightness. It works by reducing inflammation in the airways, making it easier to breathe and helping prevent asthma attacks when used regularly. It is not a rescue inhaler and should not be used during acute asthma episodes.
How to Use:
-
Shake the inhaler well before each use.
-
Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and inhale deeply while pressing down on the canister.
-
Hold your breath for a few seconds and then exhale slowly.
-
Rinse your mouth with water after each use to prevent oral thrush (fungal infection).
-
Use the inhaler at the same time(s) each day, even when symptoms are not present.
-
Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Follow your doctor’s guidance strictly.
