Side Effects:
While Lactogen 3 is generally safe, some infants may experience mild side effects, including:
-
Digestive issues: Such as gas, bloating, or constipation, especially during the initial stages of transition.
-
Allergic reactions: In rare cases, infants may show signs of milk protein allergy, leading to symptoms like rash, vomiting, or abdominal discomfort.
-
Feeding intolerance: Some babies may refuse to feed or appear unsettled after consumption.
If any of these symptoms persist or worsen, it’s important to consult a pediatrician. Always follow the preparation instructions carefully to ensure the safety and well-being of your baby.
Note: Breastfeeding is recommended as the best source of nutrition for infants. Infant formula should only be introduced when breastfeeding is not possible or insufficient, and always under professional guidance.
